RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED FOR ANDAUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF WATER LINE EASEMENT
FROM: SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION COMPANY
DATED: September 21, 1984
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame,
California, that it does hereby accept that certain Deed for a
Water Line Easement dated September 21, 1984, authorizes its
execution by the Mayor on behalf of. the City of Burlingame and
directs that the same be recorded in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
