AWARDING_'CONTRACT
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AWARD OF TELEMETRY TO UNIFACE, INC.
OF BELMONT
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation
for bids for the PUMP STATION ALARM AND TELEMETRY SYSTEM -
PROJECT #307,
WHEREAS, on September 8, 1984, all bids received were
opened before the City Clerk and the Director of Public Works,
and
WHEREAS, UNIFACE, INC. OF BELMONT submitted the lowest
bid for the job,not to exceed $124,000;
NOW THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED,
that the bid of UNIFACE, INC., OF BELMONT for said PUMP STATION
ALARM AND TELEMETRY SYSTEM - PROJECT 4307, not to exceed $124,0001
be, and the same hereby is accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into
between the successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the
City of Burlingame for the performance of said work, and that
the City Manager be, and he hereby is authorized for and on behal
of the City of Burlingame to execute said contract and to approve
the faithful performance bond and the labor and materials bond
required to be furnished by the contractor.

introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
5th day of November
