AWARDING CONTRACT
WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS IN ROLLINS ROAD
PROJECT 248-W
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation for
Material Bid for Rollins Road Water System Improvements, Project No. 248-W.
WHEREAS, on Sept. 11, 1984 , all bids received were opened
before the City Clerk and the Director of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, Roberts & Brune submitted
the lowest bid for the job in the amount of $25,075.20 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED, that the
bid of ROBERTS AND BRUNE for said Materials Order
in the amount of $ 25,075.20 be, and the same hereby is accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into between the
successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the City of Burlingame for
the furnishing of said matls. and that the City Manager be, and he hereby
is authorized for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute said
contract.

of the City Council held on the 1st day of October ,1984 , and
was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
