ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS - CITY PROJECT # 241
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California,
and this Council does hereby find, order and determine as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certified wort:
done by O'Grady Paving Incorporated
,
under the terms of its contract with the City dated Oct. 17, 1983.
has been completed in accordance with the plans and
specifications approved by the City Council and to the satisfaction
of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as CITY PROJECT # 241
3. Said work be and the same hereby •is accepted.

that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 20th day of August , 1984 , and was
adopted thereafter by the following vote:
