AWARDING CONTRACT
CALIFORNIA/OAK GROVE SIGNAL
JOB NO. 238
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation for bids
for the CALIFORNIA/OAK GROVE SIGNAL JOB NO. 238
WHEREAS, on July 26, 198 4, all bids received were opened
before the City Clerk and the Director of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, ROSENDIN ELECTRIC, INC. submitted
the lowest bid for the job in the amount of $ 123,059
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED, that the
bid of ROSENDIN ELECTRIC, INC, for said Job 238
in the amount of $ 123,059 be, and the same hereby is accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into between the
successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the City of Burlingame for
the performance of said work, and that the City Manager be, and he hereby
is authorized for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute said
contract and to approve the faithful performance bond and the labor and
materials bond required to be furnished by the contractor.

I, JUDITH A. MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 20th day of August 1984, and
was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: AMSTRUP, BARTON, MARTIN, PAGLIARO
NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
