RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FILING APPLICATION FOR
FEDERAL URBAN PROGRAMS
BE IT RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of
Burlingame that the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized
and directed to sign and file, for and on behalf of the City of
Burlingame, Applications for Federal Assistance under the
Federal Urban Programs and any agreements or other documents
necessary to secure and receive a grant under said program.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Burlingame hereby agrees
and further does authorize the aforementioned representative to
certify that it will comply with all applicable state and federal
statutory and regulatory requirements necessary for such program.

This will be a locally administered project and I
certify that Burlingame has been informed in writ-
ing of Caltrans high and low risk underground fa-
cilities policy. I am aware that the State assumes
no liability for compliance or noncompliance with
said policy.
6. SCHEDULE FOR REMOVAL OF IMPROVEMENTS AND OBSTRUCTIONS. - N/A
7. UNAUTHORIZED ENCROACHMENTS. - N/A
8. COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL AND STATE REQUIREMENTS REGARDING THE
ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY.
The acquisition of right-of-way was not required.
9. COMPLIANCE WITH RELOCATION ADVISORY ASSISTANCE AND PAYMENTS
PROVISIONS OF FEDERAL AND STATE LAW.
The project did not require the displacement of any
persons or business.
I HEREBY CERTIFY the right-of-way on this project as conforming to State-
ment No. (1) of Paragraph 5c of FHPM 6-4-2-1.
