RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR
_ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES AND SHELTER FACILITIES
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of
Burlingame, California and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER
and DETERMINE as follows:
1. The public interest and convenience require
execution of the agreement cited in the title above.
2. The City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to sign said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame.
3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered.and.instructed-to
attest such signature.
I, JUDITH A. MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
16th day of

BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND CITIES
WITHIN THE COUNTY FOR ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES
RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San
Mateo, State of California, that
WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board for its
consideration and acceptance agreements with cities within the
County of San Mateo and the County to provide a uniform animal
control program for the entire county; and
WHEREAS, it is mutually agreed that the costs for the animal
control program would be shared between the cities and the county;
and
WHEREAS, this Board is presented with such agreements and
said Board has examined and approved same as to both form and
content and desires to enter into same;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the
Chairman of this Board of Supervisors be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to exercise said agreements for and on
behalf of the County of San Mateo and the Clerk of this Board
shall attest her signature thereto.
