RESOLUTION NO. 35-84
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CITY PROJECT 4728
WASHINGTON PARK CORPORATION YARD
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF
BURLINGAME, CALIFORNIA, and this Council does hereby find, order
and determine as follows:
1. The Park Director of said City has certified
work done by PAGE CONSTRUCTION, under the terms of
its contract with the City dated September 8, 1983,
has been completed in accordance with the plans and
specifications approved by the City Council and to
the satisfaction of the Park Director.
2. Said work is particularly described as
WASHINGTON PARK CORPORATION YARD - PROJECT NO. 728.
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.

the

1984,
and
was adopted thereafter
