HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 031-1984as follows: RESOLUTION N0. 31-84 RESOLUTION REQUESTING PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOR REHABILITATION OF STREETS UTILIZED BY TRANSIT VEHICLES The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME RESOLVES WHEREAS, the City of Burlingame believes the operation of the Program for Rehabilitation of Streets Utilized by Transit Vehicles, hereinafter referred to as "Program", to be in the public interest; and WHEREAS, in order to received allocations as specified in the report entitled PROGRAM FOR REHABILITATION OF STREETS UTILIZED BY TRANSIT VEHICLES, hereinafter referred to as "Report", it is necessary for the City to accept the provisions of the Program rules and to signify its desire to participate: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Burlingame desires to join the Program and approves the provisions of the Report.
