RESOLUTION NO. 25-84
RESOLUTION APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP
2840 CANYON ROAD
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame
WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council a
tentative Parcel Map for certain properties designated as 2840
Canyon Road; and
WHEREAS, after consideration of the staff report and
public comment it is the determination of this Council that said
tentative Parcel .Map should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved as follows:
1. This Council approves that Parcel Map known as Map
for Resubdivision of lands at 2840 Canyon Road (Portion of Block
2, Burlingame Hills No. 2), subject to the conditions listed in
the City Engineer's memorandum dated April 17, 1984.
2. This Council finds that: the proposed lots are
compatible with the pattern of existing City lots in the neighbor-
hood; any questions of drainage and contours will be addressed at
the time building permits are issued for the improvements on the
property; all necessary off-site improvements are contained in the
agreement required as a part of the City Engineer's conditions.
3. The City Manager is authorized to execute the
agreement for improvements as required as a condition of said map.
