ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS - CITY PROJECT # 606—B
Burlingame Police Station Leak Repair
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California,
and this Council does hereby find, order and determine as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certified work

done by ALPHA WATERPROOFING AND RESTORATION
under the terms of its contract with the City dated
August 19. 1985.
has been completed in accordance with the plans and
specifications approved by the City Council and to the satisfaction
of the Director of Public Works.
Said work is particularly described as CITY PROJECT # 606—B
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.

that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a reqular meeting of the City
