(APN 029-016-120 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on said application on October 28 ,198 5 , at which i. time said application was approved as amended; i WHEREAS, this matter was appealed to Council and I' is hearing thereon held on November 18 ,1985 NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Council that said special permit is approved, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. It is further directed that a certifed copy of this resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo. 4 ` Mayor I I, JUDITH A. MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of (Burlingame do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was lintroduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 118th day of November ,198 5 , and adooted thereafter by the following vote: I AYES: COUNCILMEN: AMSTRUP, BARTON, MANGINI, PAGLIARq NOES: COUNCILMEN: LEMBI ;ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: NONE City Clerk CITY OF BURLINGAME RESOLUTION 126-85 EXHIBIT "A" Conditions of approval, special permit and variance, 1204 Palm Drive (effective November 19, 1985) Property owner: Hagop and Esther Plavjian 1204 Palm Drive Burlingame, CA 94010 1. that the conditions of the Chief Building Inspector's September 19, 1985 memo, the Fire Marshal's September 18, 1985 memo and the City Engineer's October 3, 1985 memo shall be met; and 2. that as built the garage shall comply with the plans submitted to the Planning Department and date stamped October 18, 1985 except that no portion of the structure shall extend over the property line as determined by a licensed surveyor and the plate line shall not exceed 10' from grade.
