RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PEP14IT
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame
WHEREAS, application has been made for a special permit
to rebuild a aaraae

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing
on said application on October 28 ,198 5 , at which
i. time said application was approved as amended;

WHEREAS, this matter was appealed to Council and

is hearing thereon held on November 18 ,1985
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by
this Council that said special permit is approved, subject to the
conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
It is further directed that a certifed copy of this
resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of
San Mateo. 4 `

1. that the conditions of the Chief Building Inspector's September 19,
1985 memo, the Fire Marshal's September 18, 1985 memo and the City
Engineer's October 3, 1985 memo shall be met; and
2. that as built the garage shall comply with the plans submitted to
the Planning Department and date stamped October 18, 1985 except
that no portion of the structure shall extend over the property
line as determined by a licensed surveyor and the plate line shall
not exceed 10' from grade.
