RESOLUTION NO. 106 -85
RESOLUTION APPROVING SURDIVISION.MAP-FOR'TLIVE
LOTSt RESUB:DIVISTbN OF PARCEL 37, FORMEALO LOT 29,
BLOCK 38, MILLS ESTATE NO. 13 (APN 025-971-310)
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame
WHEREAS, application has been made for a Tentative Map
for the subdivision of Lot 31 of the re -subdivision of Lot 29,
Block 38, Mills Estate #13 (APN 025-071-310), and
WHEREAS, after a public hearing the Planning Commission
recommended approval of a Tentative Subdivision Map for the above
property and this Council thereafter held a public hearing thereon
on September 16, 1985;
NOW, THEREFORE it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by
this Council that said Tentative Subdivision Map is approved
subject to the conditions in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
with the following findings.
1. The proposed map and subdivision together with the provisi
for its design and improvement are consistent with the
General Plan.
2. The site is physically suitable for the type and proposed
density of development.
3. The design of the subdivision and the proposed improvemen
are not likely to cause substantial environmental damage
or substantially or unavoidly injure fish or wildlife or
their habitat.
4. The design of the subdivision and the type of improvements
are not likely to cause serious public health problems.
5. The design of the subdivision and the type of improvement
will not conflict with easements acquired by the public
at large for access through or use of property within the
proposed subdivision.
