RESOLUTION NO. 100-85
RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame
WHEREAS, application has been made for a Variance
e requirement for a 50' frontage on a public
at 2720 Mariposa Drive (APN 025-071-310
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing
on said application on August 26 ,198 5 , at which
time said application was approved;
I� WHEREAS, this matter was appealed to Council and

is hearing thereon held on September 16 ,1985
II NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by
I
(;this Council that said Variance is approved, subject to the
(conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
It is further directed that a certifed copy of this
resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of
San Mateo.

EXHIBIT "A"
Conditions of approval, Variance
from minimum lot frontage requirements
for three lots of a proposed subdivision,
2720 Mariposa Drive (effective September 17,
1985)

1. that the lots shall be created as shown on the subdivision map submitted to
the Planning Department and date stamped August 21, 1985;
2. that the minimum front setback for each of the five lots created shall be
20' from the edge of the curb closest to the structure;
3. that to protect view sheds the maximum height of any structure(s) on Lot 3
shall be elevation 211', Lot 2 elevation 211', Lot 1 elevation 206', Lot 4
elevation 207.5' and Lot 5 elevation 207'; and
4. that for fencing purposes the Mariposa frontage of Lots 4 and 5 shall be
considered the front and all fences along the private street shall be placed
on a 5' setback from the PUE.
