RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS - REPAIR EXISTING
TILE ROOF FIRESTATION #1, JOB #512
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation
for REPAIR OF EXISTING TILE ROOF, FIRESTATION, JOB 4512, and
WHEREAS, on August 22, 1985, all bids received were
opened before the City Clerk, and
WHEREAS, all bids were significantly above the
Engineer's estimate, and it appears that it is necessary and
desirable that all of said bids be rejected;
Be it therefore RESOLVED that all bids received on
that project known as, REPAIR OF EXISTING TILE ROOF, FIRESTATION
#1, Job #512 are hereby rejected.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the

1985, and was adopted there-

NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
