RESOLUTION NO. q1-85
RESOLUTION REGULATING RATES AND HOURS AT
CERTAIN PARKING LOTS
WHEREAS, this Council has from time to time established
requirements for time limitations and charges for various City
1parking lots, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desireable that certain
smatters set forth in Resolution #28-81 be amended,
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED as follows:
1. The parking limit on lot C as set forth in Exhibit "A"
lof Resolution #28-81 is amended to read as follows: "C, Donnelly
Avenue South, two and ten hours".
2. The following lot shall be added to the list set forth
in said Exhibit "A": "Southern Pacific right-of-way, North Lane
to Oak Grove Avenue - two hour and ten hour".
3. The following shall be added to the provision for
meters and rates in paragraph 3 of Resolution 28-81: "Ten hour
parking lot on Southern Pacific right-of-way - 50G for ten hours.
4. Except as herein set forth said Resolution #28-81
shall continue in full force and effect.
