Dear Ms. Shapiro:
We have received your letter of August 15, 1985 setting forth the
revisions in the contract approved by the Council on July 15th of
this year. Those included the transmittal of the errors and
ommissions insurance evidence, the addition of $300 to the contract
for the work described in the letter and the payment schedule as
also set forth. In my view those are minor items which do not need
direct Council approval. Please therefore consider this letter as
the City's acceptance of those amendments to the contract.
