HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 069-1985RESOLUTION NO. 69-85 RESOLUTION APPROVING CONDOMINIUM PERMIT RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame naz; WHEREAS, application has been made for a Condominium Permit for construction of six residential units 1437 E1 Camino Real (APN 026-013-100 j WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on said application on May 28 ,1985 , at which time said application was approved; WHEREAS, this matter was appealed to Council and a hearing thereon held on June 17 11985 NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by /Condominium this Council that said Permit is approved, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. It is further directed that a certified copy of this resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo. Mayor I, JUDITH A. MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced at a reqular meeting of the City Council held on the 1St day of July ,198 5 , and adopted thereafter by the following vote: [AYES: COUNCILMEN: AMSTRUP, BARTON, MARTIN, MANGINI, NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE & PAGLIARO ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: NONE City C erk i - I� Conditions for: Condominium Permit, (effective June 18, FXHTRTT "A" RESOLUTION 69-85 1437 E1 Camino Real 1985) Property owner: Manou Movassate 45 Calaveras Court Hillsborough, CA 94010 1. that the conditions of the Fire Marshal's memo of April 4, 1985, the City Engineer's memo of May 8, 1985 and the Director of Parks' memo of May 21, 1985 shall be met; 2. that the project built shall be consistent with the plans submitted to the Planning Department and date stamped April 15, 1985 (with elimination of the bay windows at the second and third floor levels); and 3. that three parking spaces in the garage be designated for guest parking and that no security gate which restricts access to these guest parking spaces shall be installed.
