ORDERING AND CALLING A GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION
TO BE HELD IN THE CITY OF BURLINGAME ON NOVEMBER
5, 1985, AND ^EQUESTING COUNTY CLERK TO RENDER
SPECIFIC SERVICES
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame
that the general Municipal Election will be held on November 5,
1985, and City Clerk shall give notice in the form attached
hereto as EXHIBIT A as required by law.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of
the County of San Mateo shall be, and is hereby, requested to
permit the County Clerk of San Mateo County to render the services
set forth on EXHIBIT B relating to the conduct of the General
Municipal Election to be held within said City on Tuesday, the
5th day of November, 1985.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
day of July 1985, and adopted thereafter
by the following vote:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE

NOTICE OF ELECTION
Notice is hereby given that a GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION
will be held in the City of Burlingame, County of San
Mateo, State of California, on Tuesday the 5th day of
November, 1985, at which election the following offices
are to be filled:
Three members of the City Council for the full term
of four (4) years. One City Clerk for the full term
of four (4) years. One City Treasurer for the full
term of four (4) years.
A candidate for these offices shall be a registered voter
of the City of Burlingame and shall reside in the City of
Burlingame during the entire term of office. Nomination
papers are available in the Office of the City Clerk, 501
Primrose Road. Telephone 342-8931 for further information.
The polls will be open between the hours of 7 o'clock a.m.
and 8 o'clock p.m.
