RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PERMIT

RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame
WHEREAS, application has been made for a special permit
allation of two 10' rooftop telecommunication
330 Primrose Road
(APN 029-152-242 )
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing
on said application on April 22 ,1985 , at which
time said application was approved;
WHEREAS, this matter was called up for review and
a hearing thereon held on June 3 ,198 5 .
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by
this Council that said special permit is approved, subject to the
conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
It is further directed that a certifed copy of this
resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of
San Mateo.

Burlingame do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
3rd day of June 1985 , and adopted thereafter by
