RESOLUTION NO. 46-85
RESOLUTION APPROVING USE DETERMINATION
1375 Burlingame Avenue
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME that
WHEREAS, Mint Hill Service Corporation has proposed a
remodeling of a multi -story commercial building at 1375 Burlingame
Avenue (APN-029-202-010), and
WHEREAS, as a part of such remodeling it is proposed that
the existing storage area in said building be redistributed
out all floors of the building, and
WHEREAS, said proposal was presented to and approved by the
Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame on April 8, 1985,
WHEREAS, this Council reviewed said determination at its
of May 6, 1985;
NOW, THEREFORE, the decision of the Planning Commission
llowing the proposed use determination and storage distribution
set forth in the drawings submitted by the applicant and dated
13, 1985, is hereby affirmed. Normal operating hours of
aid facility shall be from 8:,00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. seven days
week; security services shall be provided by the property owner

The City Clerk of the City of Burlingame is hereby directed
record a certified copy of this resolution in the official
of the County of San Mateo.
