RESOLUTION DENYII4G SPEC.4AL PERMIT ;AZ
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of
lingame that;
WHEREAS, application has been made for a special
ii

it for conversion of a previously approved garage into a work -
shop/art studio at 341 Occidental Avenue (APN 028-284-020) and;
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public
said application on March 11, 1985, at which time said applicat
ion was denied;
WHEREAS, this matter was appealed to Council and a
aring thereon held on April 15, 1985.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED
this Council that the action of the Planning Commission denying
said special permit is affirmed.
It is further directed that a certified copy of this
resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of
San Mateo.
