I10-85 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 58-83 ESTABLISHING UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 6 ON CALIFORNIA DRIVE FROM NORTH LANE TO SANCHEZ AVENUE RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME as WHEREAS, Resolution No. 58-83 established Underground Utility District No. 6 on California Drive from North Lane to Sanchez Avenue, and WHEREAS, the work of undergrounding has commenced and certain changes in the dates and procedures set forth in said Resolution No. 58-83 are necessary, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame that; The first two paragraphs commencing with the words "Resolved further" as set forth on pages 1 and 2 of said Resolution 58-83 are hereby amended to read as follows: "Resolved further,that the City Council does hereby fix March 1, 1985 as the date on which affected property owners must be ready to receive underground services, and does hereby order the removal of all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and the underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 6 on or before April 1, 1985. "Resolved further,the electric utility which undertakes undergro installation of its facilities shall use the underground conversion allocation computed pursuant to decisions of the Public Utilities Commission of the State of California for the purpose of providing to each premises in Underground Utility District No. 6, requiring it, a maximum of 100 feet of individual electric service trenching and conductor, as well as backfill, paving and conduit, if required. Each property owner and/or the City in Underground Utility District No. 6 shall be responsible for the installation and maintenanc of the conduit and termination box located on, under or within any structure on the premises served." (/16/85 In all other respects Resolution 58-83 shall be in full force and effect. Mayor I, JUDITH A.
