AWARDING CONTRACT
ARGUELLO LANDSLIDE MITIGATION
CITY PROJECT NO. 244
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation for bids
for the Arguello Landslide Mitigation, City Project No. 244.
WHEREAS, on December 27,1984 , all bids received were opened
before the City Clerk and the Director of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, Pfister Excavating of Vacaville, California submitted
the lowest bid for the job in the amount of $ 9,540 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED, that the
bid of Pfister Excavating of Vacaville, California for said Job No. 244
in the amount of $ 9,540.00 be, and the same hereby is accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into between the
successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the City of Burlingame for
the performance of said work, and that the City Manager be, and he hereby
is authorized for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute said
contract and to approve the faithful performance bond and the labor and
materials bond required to be furnished by the contractor.

certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the 7th day of January ,198 5, and
was adopted thereafter by the following vote:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
