RESOLUTION NO. 140-86
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS - CITY PROJECT 520
TREET LIGHT CONVERSION
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California,
and this Council does hereby find, order and determine as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certified work
done by Smith Electric Construction

under the terms of its contract with the Cit d-+-,4 Ma 5 1986

has been completed in accordance with the plans and
specifications approved by the City Council and to the satisfactiu:!
of the Director of Public Works.
Said wo k is particularly described as CITY PROJECT No. 520.
Said wo k be and the same hereby is accepted.
I, JUDITH A. MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, certify
that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 1st day of December 1986 and was
adopted thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN:MSTRUP, BARTON, LEMBI, MANGINI, PAGLIARO
NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: ONE
