RESOLUTION APPROVING Variances
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame
WHEREAS, application has been made for Variances
a family room/bedroom/bath addition
at 1636 Monte Corvino Way (APN 025-195-270
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing
on said application on September 22 ,1986 , at which
time said application was approved;
WHEREAS, this matter was Called Up by Council and
a hearing thereon held on October 20 ,1986
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETER14INED by
this Council that said variances are approved, subject to the
conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
It is further directed that a certifed copy of this
resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of

I, JUDITH A. MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
20th day of October 11986 , and adopted thereafter by
the following vote:

Conditions of approval, variances,

October 21, 1986)

1. that the conditions of the Chief Building Inspector's memo of
September 3, 1986 and the City Engineer's memo of September 8, 1986
shall be met;
2. that the final plans as submitted shall be consistent with the
plans submitted to the Planning Department and date stamped August
29, 1986 except the addition will be 11.5' wide instead of 12'
wide; and
3. that in the future the family room/bath and bedroom addition shall
never be rented separately nor shall a kitchen or cooking
facilities be added to this new portion of the structure.
