AWARDING CONTRACT
PERSHING PARK - PROJECT 0632
WHEREAS, th City Council has authorized an invitation for bids
for the Pershi g Park Project #632
WHEREAS, on /30 1986 , all bids received were opened
before the City Clerk and the Director of .Parks and
WHEREAS, B B Landscaping Contractors, Inc. submitted
the lowest bid for the job in the amount of $ 248,404 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED, that the
bid Of B&B Landscaping Contractors, Inc. for said Project
in the amount of $ 48,404 be, and the same hereby is accepted.
BE IT FURTHEZ RESOLVED that a contract be entered into between the
successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the City of Burlingame for
the performance of said work, and that the City Manager be, and he hereby
is authorized for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute said
contract and to approve the faithful performance bond and the labor and
materials bond req fired to be furnished by the contractor.
