AWARDING CONTRACT
ROLLINS ROAD REHABILITATION
CITY JOB NO. 248-C
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation for bids
for the ROLLINS RO D REHABILITATION PROJECT, CITY JOB NO. 248-C; and
WHEREAS, on September 16,198 6, all bids received were opened
before the City Clerk and the Director of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, STACY & WITBECK/WEST 'BAY CONTRACTORS J.V. submitted
the lowest bid for the job in the amount of $ 222,084.00 ;
NOW, THEREFOR , be it RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED, that the
bid of STACY & WITB CK/WEST BAY CONTRACTORS J.V. for said project
in the amount of $22,084.00 be, and the same hereby is accepted.
BE IT FURTHERIRESOLVED that a contract be entered into between the
successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the City of Burlingame for
the performance of aid work, and that the City Manager be, and he hereby
is authorized for a d on behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute said
contract and to approve the faithful performance bond and the labor and
materials bond required to be furnished by the contractor.
