RESOLUTION APPROVING TWO VARIANCES
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing
on s id a li_cation on September B ,1986 at which
two variances w time YOUSX994MMAXvXXX) M approved;
WHEREAS, this matter was called up by Council and
a hearing thereon held on October 6 ,1966
NOW, THEREFORE, i is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by
application
this Council that said is approved, subject to the
conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
It is further directed that a certifed copy of this
resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of
I, JUDITH A. MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
oduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
1 day of October ,198 6 , and adopted thereafter by
following vote:

1. that the conditions of the Chief Building Inspector's memo of
August 21, 1986 and the City Engineer's memo of August 8, 1986
shall be met;
2. that the rear 143 SF of the garage structure shall be removed so
that a minimum 4' clearance can be maintained between the eaves of
the house and. the eaves of the garage as well as between the eaves
of the cottage and the garage; and
3. that the applicant be given one year (October 1987) to comply with
the removal of the rear wall of the garage and four months (March
1987) to comply with the requirements of the Uniform Building Code
and Uniform Fire Code.
