by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME
Ithat:
WHEREAS, the State of California requires every water
supplier serving over 3,000 customers to prepare and adopt an
Urban Water Management Plan, and
WHEREAS, in compliance to said law the firm of ERM -WEST
was hired by the .ity of Burlingame to prepare such a plan and
that plan has bee presented to this Council,
NOW, THE EFORE, it is FOUND, ORDERED and DETERMINED
