HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 105-1986RESOLUTION NO. 105-86 RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PERMIT RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame that; WHEREAS, application has been made for a special permit a garage which exceeds the limits for plate line, overall height and amount of storage space los Avenue (APN 027-173-030 j and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on said application on August 25 ,1986 , at which amen a an time said application was,approved; WHEREAS, this matter was appealed to Council and a hearing thereon held on September 15 ,1986 . NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETER14INED by this Council that said special permit is approved, subject to the onditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. It is further directed that a certified copy of this resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of I, JUDITH A. MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 15th day of September ,198 6 , and adopted thereafter by the following vote: !AYES: COUNCIL21EN: AMSTRUP, BARTON, LEMBI, MANGINI, (NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE PAGLIA (: �cABSENT: COUNCILMEN: NONE I .._City Clerk EXHIBIT "A" Conditions of approval, application for garage replacement, 1427 Carlos Avenue (effective September 16, 1986) Property owners: Roy and Joanne Christensen 1427 Carlos Avenue Burlingame, CA 94010 R 105-86 1. that the conditions of the City Engineer's August 5, 1986 memo and the Chief Building Inspector's July 29, 1986 memo -shall be met; 2. that the garage height and plate line be limited to 141, be 22' x 19' interior dimension and include a 15' garage door with the electrical panel placed on the side wall of the garage and the storage area shall be accessed only by a drop ladder; 3. that no closet be placed within the structure which shall obstruct parking inside the garage and the height in the loft storage area shall be limited to 4'-10" ceiling to floor; and 4. that no part of this structure shall ever be used for residential purposes.
