RESOLUTION NO.103-86
AWARDING CONTRACT
PUMP STATION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation for bids
for the AIRPORT BOULEVARD PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENT, PROJECT NO. 431
WHEREAS, on A gust 26, 1986 , all bids received were opened
before the City Clerk and the Director of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, AL AY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF MARTINEZ, CA. submitted
the lowest bid for the job in the amount of $ 343,000
NOW, THEREFOR7, be it RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED, that the
bid of ALBAY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY for said project
in the amount of $343,000 be, and the same hereby is accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into between the
successful bidder h reinabove referred to and the City of Burlingame for
the performance of said work, and that the City Manager be, and he hereby
is authorized for aid on behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute said
contract and to app ove the faithful performance bond and the labor and
materials bond requ
