AWARDING CONTRACT
ION AWARDING CONTRACT — TREE PRUNING
PROJECT # 628
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation for bids
for the Tree P uning Project #628
WHEREAS, on August 5, 198 6 , all bids received were opened
before the Director of Parks and
WHEREAS, TIMBERLINE TREE SERVICE submitted
the lowest bid for the job in the amount of $42,000.00
NOW, THEREFO E, be it RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED, that the
bid of TIMBERLINE TREE SERVICE for said Project #628
in the amount of $ 42,000.00 be, and the same hereby is accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into between the
successful bidder ereinabove referred to and the City of Burlingame for
the performance of said work, and that the City Manager be, and he hereby
is authorized for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute said
contract and to approve the faithful performance bond and the labor and
materials bond required to be furnished by the contractor.

certify that the fo egoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 18th day of August ,198 6, and
was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
