ACCEPIIPJG IMPROVEMENTS - CITY PROJECT
CAROLAN AVENUE/MORRELL AVENUE, ET AL - STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California,
and this Council doe hereby find, order and determine as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certified work
done by MISSION PIPELINE INC.

under the terms of its contract with the City dated AUGUST 5,
1985 , has been completed in accordance with the plans and
specific tions approved by the City Council and to the satisfactiu:!
of the I rector of Public Works.
2. Said wor is particularly described as CITY PROJECT 304
3. Said wor be and the same hereby is accepted.

that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
