RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PERMIT
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame
/amendRWs, application has been made for a special permit
to reduce required landscaping for an auto
_dealership
1006-1008 Carolan Avenue (APN 026-240-360
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing
on said application on July 14 ,198 6 , at which
time said application was approved;
WHEREAS, this matter was called upbyCouncil and
a hearing thereon held on August 4 ,1986
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETEP14INED by
amendment
this Council that said special permit/is approved, subject to the
conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
It is further directed that a certifed copy of this
resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of
San Mateo. V -

Burlingame do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
4th day of August ,198 6 and adopted thereafter by

1. that the applicant shall be required to provide 7.68 landscaping
for the development on a single lot at 1006-1008 Carolan Avenue and
1007-1015 Rollins Road, as shown on the plans submitted to the
Planning Department and date stamped June 25, 1986.
