RESOLUTION NO. 85-86
AWARDING CONTRACT
RLINE HIGHWAY 101 CROSSING - JOB 005 W
WHEREAS, he City Council has authorized an invitation for bids
for the Anza Wa erline Highway 101 Crossing, City Project No. 005.W,
WHEREAS, n July 8, 1986 , all bids received were opened
before the City Clerk and the Director of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, Manuel C. Jardim, Inc. submitted
the lowest bid or the job in the amount of $ 65,890.00 ;
NOW, THER FORE, be it RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED, that the
bid of Manuel C. Jardim, Inc. for said job
in the amount o $65,890.00 be, and the same hereby is accepted.
BE IT FUR HER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into between the
successful biddE r hereinabove referred to and the City of Burlingame for
the performance of said work, and that the City Manager be, and he hereby
is authorized f r and on behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute said
contract and to approve the faithful performance bond and the labor and
materials bond required to be furnished by the contractor.

certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the 21St day of July ,1986 , and
was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
