HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 071-1986RESOLUTION NO. 71-66 RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PERMIT RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame WHEREAS, application has been made for a special permit auto sales lot 1044-1060 B 026-131-130/140 1 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing in said application on June 9 ,1986 , at which .ime said application was approved; WHEREAS, this matter was called UP by Council and hearing thereon held on July 7 ,19B 6 . NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by .his Council that said special permit is approved, subject to the onditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. It is further directed that a certified copy of this resolution be recorded in the official r(e/co�rd,s\s of the County of an Mateo. Mayor I, JUDITH A.
