RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PERMIT
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame
WHEREAS, application has been made for a special permit
auto sales lot

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing
in said application on June 9 ,1986 , at which
.ime said application was approved;
WHEREAS, this matter was called UP by Council and
hearing thereon held on July 7 ,19B 6 .
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by
.his Council that said special permit is approved, subject to the
onditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
It is further directed that a certified copy of this
resolution be recorded in the official
