RESOLUTION NO. 68-86
AWARDING CONTRACT
RODENT CONTROL IN DRAINAGE AREAS
PROJECT NO. 624
City Council has authorized an invitation for bids
1 in Drainage Areas
WHEREAS, on JUNE 3, 198, all bids received were opened
before the City Clerk and the Director of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, T E PIED PIPER EXTERMINATORS, INC. submitted
the lowest bid for the job in the amount of $ 11,478.50
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED, that the
bid of THE PIED PIPER EXTERMINATORS, INC. for said project
in the amount of $11,478.50 be, and the same hereby is accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into between the
successful bidder iereinabove referred to and the City of Burlingame for
the performance of said work, and that the City Manager be, and he hereby
is authorized for nd on behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute said
contract and to a
materials bond req
