ON INCREASING BINGO LICENSE FEE
CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does
that;
S, Chapter 6.43 of the Burlingame Municipal Code
dures for licensing Bingo games, and
S, Section 6.43.020(B) provides for the establis
license fee by resolution of this City Council,
WHEREAS, it is deemed desirable that the existing fee
be increased tc cover City costs in administering Bingo licensing,
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED by the City
Council of the CITY OF BURLINGAME, that the yearly license fee
for Bingo is established at $50.00 for each license year for
licenses operating Bingo games awarding more than $250.00 in
prizes any one day, and $10.00 for each license year for businesse
operating Bingc games awarding less than $250.00 in prizes any one
day.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
16th day of June 1986, and adopted thereafter by the
