HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 063-1986that; RESOLUTION NO. 63-86 RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PERMIT RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame WHEREAS, application has been made for a special permit installation of a dish antenna at grade 1800 Bayshore Highway (APN 024-380-080 > WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on said application on May 12 ,1986 , at which time said application was approved; WHEREAS, this matter was called up by Council and a hearing thereon held on June 16 ,198 6 . NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Council that said special permit is approved, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. It is further directed that a certified copy of this resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo. Mayo I, JUDITH A. MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 16th day of June '1986 , and adopted thereafter by following vote: COUNCILMEN: AMSTRUP, BARTON, LEMBI, MANGINI, PAGLIA COUNCILMEN: NONE t ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: NONE Conditions of approval, special per to allow installation of a dish ant at grade, 1800 Bayshore Highway (effective June 17, 1986) Property owner: John & Kathleen Bjorner 2750 Debbie Lane San Carlos, CA 94070 1. that the dish antenn the plans submitted April 18, 1986 and i plan; EXHIBIT "A" it shall be installed at the location shown on the Planning Department and date stamped accordance with the May 12, 1986 landscape 2. that the structure installed shall not have a diameter greater than 14'-10", not rise more than 18' above grade, be painted a pink beige color with non eflective paint, and be surrounded by a 6' solid board wooden f nce; 3. the applicant shall Oermanently maintain the nonreflective surface, fence and screening andscaping or remove the facility; and 4. any modification to he antenna or its location shall require an amendment to this us permit.
