AWARDING CONTRACT
5/86 SIDEWALK, CURB AND GUTTER - CITY PROJECT 432C
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation for bids
for the 1985/86 Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter Program 432C
WHEREAS, on ay 27 1986, all bids received were opened
before the City Clerk and the Director of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, Cunningham & Sons, Inc., of Oakdale submitted
the lowest bid for the job in the amount of $ 118,859.25
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED, that the
bid of Cunningha & Sons, Inc., of Oakdale for said work
in the amount of $ 118,859.25 be, and the same hereby is accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into between the
successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the City of Burlingame for
the performance of said work, and that the City Manager be, and he hereby
is authorized for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute said
contract and to approve the faithful performance bond and the labor and
materials bond required to be furnished by the contractor. C�

certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting
