RESOLUTION REQUESTING PARTICIPATION IN THE
PROGRAM FOR REHABILITATION OF STREETS UTILIZED
BY TRANSIT VEHICLES - PHASE II
CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME RESOLVES
as follows:
WHEREAS, the City of Burlingame believes the
operation of the Program for Rehabilitation of Streets Utilized
by Transit vehicles, hereinafter referred to as "Program", to be
in the public interest, and
WHEREAS, in order to receive allocations as
specified in the report entitled PROGRAM FOR REHABILITATION OF
STREETS UTILIZED 13Y TRANSIT VEHICLES -PHASE II hereinafter referr
to as "Report", it is necessary for the City to accept the
provisions of the Program rules and to signify its desire to
participate:
NOT, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
of Burlingame desires to join the Program and approves the
provisions of the Report.

was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on
the 19th day of May ,1986, by the following
