RESOLUT ON AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
BETWEEN OUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND CITY OF BURLINGAME
FOR THE BUS ROUTE REHABILITATION PROGRAM
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of
Burlingame, California and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER
and DETERMINE as follows:
1. The public interest and convenience require
execution of the agreement cited in the title above.
2. The City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to sign said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame

RESOLUTION NO. 48148
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY
OF SAN MATEO AND THE C.LTY OF BUR,LINGAME FOR THE. REPAIR OF CITY
STREETS USED BY TRA SIT VEHICLES
RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San
Mateo, State of California, that
WHEREAS, as provided in the document entitled "Program for
Rehabilitation of Streets Utilized by Transit Vehicles," adopted
by the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors on April 24, 1984,
by Resolution No. 4!633, funds have been made available for the
repair of streets used by transit vehicles; and
WHEREAS, the City of Burlingame intends to repair certain
bus routes within its jurisdiction; and
WHEREAS, City desires program funds to aid in financing said
street work; and
WHEREAS, this Board finds it necessary and desirable that an
agreement be executed between the City and the County:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED as follows:
1. That the County of San Mateo shall enter into said agree-
ment with the City of Burlingame in an amount not to exceed
$12,640 for performa ce of said work.
