RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PERMIT
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame
WHEREAS, application has been made for a special permit

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing
on said application on February 24 ,198 6 , at which
time said application wasX )§iEX&X denied;
WHEREAS, this matter was appealed to Council and
a hearing thereon held on March 17 ,1986
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by
this Council that said special permit is approved, subject to the
conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
It is further directed that a certifed copy of this
resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of
San Mateo.

(effective March 18, 1986)

1. that the conditions of the Chief Building Inspector's memo of
December 18, 1985 shall be met;
2. that the business shall be open only 4:00 P.M. to 12:00 midnight
Monday through Frida , 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 A.M. Saturday and 11:00
A.M. to 12:00 midnigiit Sunday, there will be no patron seating
inside the business and no alcoholic beverages will be sold,
employees on site sh ll be limited to five, two inside and three
delivery, 958 of the business would be by delivery;
