HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 028-1986RESOLUTION NO. 28-86 RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PERMIT RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame that; WHEREAS, application has been made for a special permit fora third floor office area for a proposed auto sales/sery ce facility which will cause building height to exceed 35' at 3 California Drive (APN029-242-080/090/ and 100/110/220)-' WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on said application on February 10 ,1986 , at which time said application was approved; WHEREAS, this matter was called up by Council a hearing thereon held on March 3 ,198 6 NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Council that said special permit is approved, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. It is further directed that a certifed copy of this resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo. Mayor I I, JUDITH A.
