RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PERMIT
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame
WHEREAS, application has been made for a special permit

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing
on said application on January 27 ,1986 , at which
time said application was approved; Council

Ii NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by
1,this Council that said special permit is approved, subject to the
(.conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
It is further directed that a certifed copy of this
lution be recorded in the official records of the County of
Mateo.

1. that the conditions of the Chief Building Inspector's November 15,
1985 memo, the Fire arshal's November 14, 1985 memo, the City
Engineer's January 13, 1986 memo and the Director of Parks' August
5, 1985 memo shall b met;

consistent with the plans submitted to the.Planning Department and
date stamped October 1, 1985 and that there shall be no occupied
