AWARDING CONTRACT
WHEREAS, thelCity Council has authorized an invitation for bids
for the 1986 Stroet Repair Program, Project 532
WHEREAS, on Jan. 23, 1986 , all bids received were opened
before the City C1 rk and the Director of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, Bav Cities of Richmond
submitted
the lowest bid for the job in the amount of $ 87,685.00 ;
NOW, THEREFO E, be it RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED, that the
bid of Bay Cities for said work
in the amount of $87,685.00 be, and the same hereby is accepted.
BE IT FURTHE RESOLVED that a contract be entered into between the
successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the City of Burlingame for
the performance oflsaid work, and that the City Manager be, and he hereby
is authorized for
contract and to a
materials bond r
