WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing
on said application on December 9 ,1985 , at which

I� WHEREAS, this matter was cal l ed up by COunci1 and
is hearing thereon held on January 20 ,1986_
jl NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETEBMINED by

conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
It is further directed that a certifed copy of this
resolution be recorded in the officinal records of the County of
San Mateo.

shall meet the requi ements of the City Engineer within 90 days;
and
4. that the partition w 11 dividing the accessory structure into two
rooms shall be remov d and standard building permit fees shall be
charged.
