AWARDING CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation for bids
for the ROLLINS ROAD BYPASS PIPELINE - PROJECT NO. 405
WHEREAS, on November 24,1987 , all bids received were opened
Ijbefore the City Clerk and the Director of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, ANDERSON PACIFIC CONSTRUCTION submitted
j the lowest bid for the job in the amount of $ 157,045.00

NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED, that the
bid of ANDERSON PACIFIC CONSTRUCTION for said Project
i
in the amount of.$ 157,045.00 be, and the same hereby is accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into between the
i
successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the City of Burlingame for
the performance of said work, and that the City Manager be, and he hereby
is authorized for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute said
contract and to approve the faithful performance bond and the labor and
materials bond required to be furnished by the
I, JUDITH A. MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular. meeting of
the City Council held on the 7th day of December 198� and
