RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PERMIT
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame that:
WHEREAS, application has been made for a special permit
to hold classes at the Ibis Hotel
at 835 Airport Boulevard fApN 026-343-430
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on
said application on November 14 1988, at which time said
application was approved;
WHEREAS, this matter was called up by City Council and a
hearing thereon held on December 5 , 1988, at which time
it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written
materials and testimony presented at said hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this
Council that said special permit is approved, subject to the
conditions set forth in Exhibit °A" attached hereto.
It is further directed that a certified copy of this
resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San
Mateo.

do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 5th day of
December 1988, and adopted thereafter by the following
vote:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: PAGLIARO

that the classes be limited to Tuesday nights from 6:00 P.M.
to 10:00 P.M. for a total of 50 sessions, each session to
have a maximum of 25 students and one instructor; and
that this use permit shall expire February 15, 1990.
